• An internet connection

  The link you sell from. Any provider, any size.

• A router

  MikroTik on RouterOS 6 or 7 is the easiest: a hAP or hEX runs a small site, an RB5009 or CCR runs hundreds of users at once. UniFi, OpenWrt and any router that speaks RADIUS work too.

• A way to get paid

  An M-Pesa till or paybill, or an account with KopoKopo, Pesapal, Flutterwave, Paystack or PayPal. Money goes straight to you. With none of these you can still sell printed vouchers for cash.

• Your prices

  What you charge for an hour, a day, a month, or a data bundle. You can change them any time.

A router at each customerCustomer routers that dial PPPoE with the username and password NetOS gives each account.

A supported OLTHuawei, ZTE, VSOL, C-Data, FiberHome or BDCOM, reachable from your router so NetOS can set up ONUs from the dashboard.

What you don’t need

• A public IP address. Your router connects out to NetOS over a secure tunnel.
• A server. NetOS runs in the cloud unless you want your own.
• MikroTik scripting. NetOS writes the configuration for you.
• A developer. Setup is a form and a script you paste in.

How setup goes

   Sign up

   Your business name, mobile number and email, and a code from your email.

   Add your router

   NetOS builds its setup script and a 24-hour install link you can send to whoever is on site.

   Add your plans

   Name, price and limit for each one.

   Connect payments

   Enter your till, paybill or provider details, and take a test payment.
