The customer gets the PIN prompt on their own phone. When they pay, their account renews and they are back online, usually within a minute.

Payments to your paybill are matched to the account number and renew the right customer, even when nobody is watching the dashboard.

Use another provider if you have one. Cash your staff record lands in the same ledger and reconnects the customer the same way.

NetOS writes the router setup script. The router connects out over a secure tunnel, so you need no public IP address.

Any router that speaks RADIUS can authenticate your customers through NetOS.

How much does NetOS cost?
Free for up to 100 active customers. After that it is priced by the size of your network: $25 a month up to 500 customers, $49 up to 1,000 and $99 up to 1,500. Larger networks start from $200 a month.
Does NetOS take a percentage of my M-Pesa payments?
No. Customers pay your own paybill or till, and you pay only the plan price.
Can I move from the billing system I use now?
Yes. We import your customers and plans and plan the switch-over with you, one router at a time if you prefer.
Do I need a public IP address or a server?
No. Your router connects out to NetOS over a secure tunnel, and NetOS runs in the cloud unless you want it on your own server.
